~staff there is friendly
~they got great smile
~i like the way they celebrate customer's b'day
(custom- 1.stand on the chair, 2.sing/speech to ur friends with peper/salt shaker, 3. group b'day song frm staff till the whole restaurant know its ur b'day, 4.blow ur complimentary cake frm far)
~regular guest who gives tips
~cool working outfits- the ties make me look pro althought got stupid promotion thing on my apron
~tempting food especially when u hungry but still got to send food to guest table
~challenge ur brain -memorize guest order
~thank god have employee's hostel around 5-10minutes walk to worklplace

~being expo (the line between kitchen n front of house)endless cutleries n plates to wipe n transport frm B.O.H
~its toturing to serve guest at busy time -my experience...weekend also friday
~SLAM...pouring drinks for guest, another guest calling to put order, bread not yet serve, table haven't set back, bottomless drink haven't refill, long table with guest more than 10ppl ordering, guest pay with credit card yet the machine keep decline, payment by cash- long que at cashier area, supervisor at expo area calling ur name to send food out....OMG...CALL999
~not enough staff- have to work OT again @#$%^&* till they got new staff
~serving smoking area ,station 90's and 100's- a definately no' no' for girl who don't smoke, its very far frm B.O.H to clear ur station
~ some station are dammed far away...leg getting pain n muscle, every morning can feel the needles poking my leg when i wake up...marathon sure win
~vegetarian guest ...hmn how to explain that very sorry only magarita pizza n cabonara which have to sub with mushroom n brokoli is available
~hoho getting "emo" after not enough sleep
